This is a classic and it works all year long. I like to replace the banana with peaches in season.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of nut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • A pinch of salt

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the blender for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
