This makes the perfect breakfast or snack. No refined sugar in it, just a bit of maple syrup and fruit!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 3 banana, mashed
  • 3/4 cup of apple sauce
  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

Directions

Preheat the oven at 350F. Grease and line an 8-inch square baking pan.

Combine all the ingredients ( adding blueberries at the end) and transfer to baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
