School mornings are always hectic around here ( I guess everywhere, right?). My little guy does not really like to be rushed and eat and he is never hungry when he wakes up... So in order to make sure he gets all the nutrients he needs for a good start of the day without having to fight or shove food down his throat, I make smoothie! I always hide so many things in there that will keep him and the others going for a while!!!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of nut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 scoop of pea protein
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Directions

Combine everything in the blender and mix until smooth. It does not get any easier than that, right?
