My daughter loves Chai tea and drinks it all the time when weather starts to get a bit colder (which is very relative here in LA, but still!) I thought I would try and use some of these flavors to make it into pancakes! I think next I might try to make Chai waffles....
Combine the flour and baking powder together, add the spices and salt. Pour in the milk, beaten eggs, vanilla and coconut oil and whisk together until just combined.
Heat up a pan and scoop 1/4 cup of the batter to make the pancakes. Flip and let it cook until golden brown and enjoy with some maple syrup and sliced bananas or strawberries.
