I find that smoothies are an easy way for my kids to have what they need at breakfast to start the day well. As chocolate is my sweet spot, this one had to be the first I try!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of nut milk
  • 1 tbsp of cacao
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter ( or any nut butter)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the blender for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
