This is the ultimate power breakfast! Even though I give smoothies to my kids every morning, I think this one is more adult friendly because of the caffeine.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1-2 tsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp of matcha powder
  • Optional: maple syrup or honey

Directions

Blend ingredients together with a few icecubes. Drink immediately. Adjust proportions to taste.
