Ingredients

  • Bresaola (or proscuitto)
  • Brioche buns
  • Pesto spread

Directions

Simply slice open the brioche buns and top the bottom layer with pesto spread and fresh bresaola! (If you have no dairy concerns, you can add butter to the inner top layer)

Another way to go about this is to make caprese bites, for the vegetarian. Just use mozzarella, tomato, basil, with olive oil & salt and pepper.
