Mixed Berries Overnight Oats

I love breakfasts, but I need to eat smart if I don't want to be starving 1 hour later. Overnight oats usually make a pretty good and satisfying one. It makes it even better that I can prep everything the night before and it is ready by morning!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of almond yogurt (regular yogurt works great, but if you use greek just do 1/2 cup and some some milk otherwise it will be too thick and dry)
  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries
  • Toppings: berries, granola, coconut flakes, nuts

Directions

Blend together the berries and yogurt until smooth. Combine with the oats and store in the fridge overnight.

In the morning add some extra berries on top, maybe some granola or nuts and enjoy!!!
