We love pumpkin seeds in here, every year I try to come up with different versions... This year we went 4 different ways: savory, sweet, spicy and truffle.... It is so easy and makes a delicious snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of pumpkin seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Maple syrup
  • Truffle salt
  • Cinnamon

Directions

Sweet : Toss with olive oil, maple syrup and cinnamon
Spicy : Toss with olive oil and chili flakes
Salty : Toss with olive oil and salt
Truffle : Toss with olive oil (or truffle oil) and truffle salt
Preheat the oven at 300F, put on baking sheets and cook for 25-30 minutes
