Ingredients

  • 4 whole seas bass (cleaned: bones, head and tail removed)
  • 2 lemon sliced
  • Fresh herbs. I used rosemary, thyme, basil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Place the fish on baking sheet.

Put lemon slices, herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper inside each fish.

Bake for 15-20 ( depending on the size) at 400F until cooked through.
