Sweet and Spicy Chicken

We eat chicken a lot around here. My mission is to come up with new and fun flavors so it does not get boring and my family keeps on enjoying their food!
Preheat the oven at 425F.
Prepare the marinade by combining the jam, tamari, sesame oil, sriracha, ginger, garlic and maybe add another 1/4 cup of water ( it will be easier to combine) and whisk it.
Add your chicken and make sure it is coated nicely all over. Let it rest at room temperature while your oven warms up.
Cook for 40-45 minutes until cooked through. It is always a good idea to baste it a few times and rotate it in your oven halfway so it cooks evenly.
When ready to eat, sprinkle with the green ions, cashews and cilantro and serve.
I would eat it with brown rice, quinoa, caulirice, spinach, bamboo rice,....
