Turkey Meatballs on Polenta Sliders with Tomato Sauce

These are really easy to assemble and a nice alternative to traditional meatball recipes! Remember to make extra meatballs and freeze them so you have a back up plans when you are in a hurry! Stocking my freezer has saved me so many times!
Preheat the oven at 400 F. Combine the meat, parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, the egg, some salt and pepper. Make 2 inches meatballs, place on a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes until the meat is golden brown and cooked through!
Meanwhile, slice the polenta, place on a baking sheet, place the meatballs on top when ready, spoon some tomato sauce on each and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and basil! Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
