Weekly Meal Plan

Here is what's happening next week for our dinners. Always make sure to tune in on my instagram where I also share new and fun breakfast, brunch and lunch ideas!!!

Monday: I am making Pamela Salzman grilled summer salad with chicken and cashew dressing. This is perfect the for Memorial Monday. Easy to assemble and it has that nice summery that I am craving right now.

Tuesday: I am going out that night and my hubby is in charge of dinner so it is going to be spaghetti carbonara (which is his specialty). Goop had a really good version of it on their website the I've attached here.

Wednesday: New York steak with a shallot vinaigrette, peas and asparagus. Check out for the video on my YouTube channel and Instagram if you wanna see how I prepare this one.  I do not often make red meat, just once in a while as kids love it! I will post everything that day, make sure to tune in!!

Thursday:I have been wanting try a veggie chili for a while, so that day will be about experimenting. If it turns out great, I will make sure to share, In the meantime I am attaching my turkey chili which is super delicious!!

Friday: Miso Glazed cod with broccoli and asparagus.

Saturday: Tuna burgers with a green salad and crudités. I substitute tuna for salmon many times in the attached recipe and it turned out super delicious!

Sunday:  Grain and veggie bowls, with chicken on the side for whoever needs extra proteins! I am gonna make a big platter of grilled veggies, some brown rice and quinoa, and grilled chicken, and everyone can make their own little bowls and add some soy sauce and sriracha. Easiest dinner ever!!
