With Thanksgiving around the corner, this week I am going to make sure to eat super healthy and maybe a bit lighter than usual. I will also make sure I cook meals even easier than usual so I do not get overwhelmed prepping everything and getting ahead for Thanksgiving!
I am trying a bunch of new recipes this week and will post as I go and as soon as possible! I am also working on videos for certain recipes that will go on my you tube channel, be sure to check it out!
Breakfast: Avocado toast
Lunch: Chopped veggie and turkey salad
Dinner: Kale and white bean soup
Breakfast: Breakfast healthy and yummy bars ( tune in morrow to see how to make these!)
Lunch: Cauliflower thin wraps. I love making wraps using "Outer Aisle Gourmet" Cauliflower sandwich thins. I will spread some hummus, add cucumber slices, carrots and spinach and wrap it with paper and a string to make it hold.
Dinner: Asian fish with green beans
Breakfast: Acaï bowls
Lunch: Chicken and veggie nori rice rolls (I will post a video on my you tube channel on how to make these)
Dinner: Pad Thai (I will post the recipe the day before)
Breakfast: Savory oatmeal
Lunch: Soup in a thermos
Dinner: Veggies dumplings and chicken kebabs (Video to come)
Breakfast: Smoothie bowls
Lunch: Leftovers dumplings with edamame and carrot sticks
Dinner: Eggplant and turkey stir fry
Breakfast: Oatmeal soufllé from Pamela Salzman
Lunch: Asparagus with prosciutto and eggs
Dinner: Salmon with white bean purée and roasted leeks
Breakfast: Homemade scones with strawberry jam (Recipe to come on Saturday)
Lunch: Grilled Caesar romaine with quinoa
