Looking at the coming week, my calendar really gets crazy with Holidays parties all over! Still, I have to feed the kids... So the menus will revolve around their cravings this time.....

Monday:

Breakfast: Peanut butter - chocolate smoothie bowl ( I just add peanut butter to this recipe and it just taste so good!)

Lunch: Pic Nic lunch ( homemade luncheable version)

Dinner: Simple Lentil Soup

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Apple - Persimmons Porridge ( This is a recipe from my cookbook last year.)

Lunch: Quesadillas, chips and guacamole

Dinner: Enchiladas

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Avocado Toasts

Lunch: Cauliflower pancakes ( New recipe coming up the day before....)

Dinner: Mushroom meatballs and brown rice

Thursday:

Breakfast: Breakfast bars

Lunch: Fried rice ( using last night brown rice leftovers)

Dinner: Grilled cheese and tomato soup ( my kids ultimate favorite dinner)

Friday: 

Breakfast: Apple Blueberry Smoothies (adding 2 apples to this recipe makes it thicker and "creamy")

Lunch: Leftovers soup and mini sandwiches

Dinner: Lasagna roll ups ( I will post the steps on my instagram live that day and the recipe as well)

Saturday:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs

Lunch: Flat bread pizzas

Dinner: Pot Pies, these are from my cookbook last year. I love to make comforting and warming food like that around the Hollidays!! Plus it is a family favorite. I make a vegetarian version as well!

Sunday:

Breakfast: Oatmeal - banana pancakes ( I add 2 mash bananas to this recipe to give it more flavor)

Lunch: Burgers

Dinner: Chicken Noodle Soup
