1 Sheet Pan Roasted Salmon and Veggies

1 sheet pan dinners are my fave, easy, little work and so flavorful! This one may seem like a lot but it's all about time management and is actually super easy!
Preheat the oven at 430F.
Prep all the veggies by washing them and drying them, as we are using baby veggies no need to peel them. Coat with olive oil some salt and pepper. Place the beets, Brussels sprouts, turnips and carrots on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 40 minutes.
After 15 minutes add the asparagus on the same sheet and place back in the oven for 25 minutes.
When there is 10 minutes left add the salmon in between the veggies and return to the oven.
Finally add the greens' beets during the last minutes of cooking time.
When times up, transfer to serving plate and enjoy!
