
Tilapia with Avocado-Mango Salsa

Directions
Sprinkle the fish with some salt and pepper, the cumin and the paprika.
To make the slaw, cut the avocado, pineapple and mango into small pieces. Transfer into a bowl and combine with with lime zest and juice, the olive oil, add a pinch of chili flakes, and green onions (cut into small pieces) and the cilantro chopped. Toss together, taste and adapt seasoning if necessary.
Heat up the avocado oil in a large pan and cook the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side.
plate and add a big spoon fill of mango salsa on each fish and enjoy!
Serve with caulirice or maybe tabbouleh or couscous.
