15 minutes pumpkin soup

I love pumpkin season and it its flavor and recipes....I don't always have time to strut from scratch but and still craving pumpkin soup... So I tried it with pumpkin purée, took 15-20 minutes to prepare, it turned out delicious and satisfied my cravings...
Roughly chop the carrots, onion and celery and sauté with olive oil for 10 minutes on medium. Stir frequently so it does not burn. Add some salt and pepper to taste ( you need to add quite a bit here for flavor, I added 2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of white pepper).
Add the rest of the spices and the maple syrup and toss to coat. Add the stock, pumpkin purée and cauliflower rice. Bring to boil for 5-7 minutes, toss in the beans and purée with an immersion blender (or transfer to a stand up mixer) until smooth.
Taste and adapt for seasoning. Add a dollop of greek yogurt, sprinkle some pumpkin seeds, homemade croutons, and some fried sage leaves and enjoy!!!
