I am using leftover meatballs here, this is why it only takes 5 min. I always love sharing to how to use leftovers into a new dish... If you want to make meatballs from scratch, check out all the recipes I have on the blog. If you want to keep this super easy, use any kind of sausages that you break down into pieces.

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen meatballs
  • 1 ack of fresh ravioli
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Freshly grated parmesan

Directions

Cook the ravioli one minute less that what the package says.

In a large pan heat up the olive oil with the onion and cook for a couple of minutes. Add in the meatballs to get some nice golden color around ( for 1-2 minutes on high). Bring down to s simmer and add in the cream and peas. Season with the paprika, salt and pepper.

When the ravioli are ready transfer to the pan with the sauce (reserve some of the cooking water on the side just in case it gets too dry).

Grate some fresh parmesan and enjoy. You could broil it for 1-2 minutes to create a nice cheesy crust with the parmesan.

This looks delicious! I am going to make next week. Is there a specific type of ravioli you use or recommend?
