5 minutes tomato sauce gnocchi

This is the ultimate weeknight dinner when you need food on the table in less than 10 minutes!
Heat up the tomato sauce in a frying pan, when it simmers add the gnocchi and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
2 things here be sure to have a large pan so the gnocchi are not overcrowded otherwise they might stick together. Second using a wooden spatula stir from time to time so they don't stick to the bottom.
When cooked, break up the mozzarella into pieces and scatter all over, grate some fresh parmesan and add some fresh basil.
I had leftover meatloaf that I warmed up and added to it as well and it was delicious.
