These could be from a nice patisserie in France, they are crispy and delicious but more importantly take less than 10 minutes to put together and 20 to bake.

  • 1 puff pastry sheet (store bought, thawed)
  • 1 cup of apple sauce (good quality store bought make this really easy)
  • 2 apples, core removed and thinly sliced
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar (or regular organic cane sugar)

Preheat the oven at 400F.

Cute the puff pastry in 6 triangles and place on a baking sheet. Spoon some of the apple sauce on each and place the sliced apples on top.

Beat the egg and brush the borders of the pastry so they'll come out nice golden baron and crisp.

Sprinkle some of the sugar all over and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Serve with vanilla ice cream, greek yogurt or whipped cream!!
