This is the kind of super easy dinner that is always a success with the kids and takes me no time to put together!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground meat (I used chicken but beef, turkey or pork would work as well)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup of panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 2-3 tbsp of Lee Hoisin sauce (store bought)
  • 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Toppings: sesame seeds, chopped gren onions

Directions

Preheat the oven at 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine it all (except Hoisin sauce an olive oil) in a bowl and mix with a fork. Form the meatballs, I lie using an ice cream scooper for that so they are all the same size. If not just use your hand and make 10-12 meatballs.

Place them on the baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil all over and roast for 15-20 minute in the oven until cooked through.

Transfer to a bowl and toss with the Lee Hoisin sauce and add some sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Serve with rice or steamed veggies. These would go well with my sesame noodles recipe as well.
