Asparagus and prosciutto puffs

This is a really nice snack or appetizer. Actually it would make a great brunch as well with some nice salads to accompany it! If you want t make more, just double the recipe!
Preheat the oven at 425F.
Cut the puff pastry into 4 squares and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Layer down the prosciutto on each square, then the cheese and finsih with the asparagus. Fold in 2 of the corners and press together.
Brush each piece with beaten egg and bake for 12-15 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden brown,
