These are super chocolatey gooey and rich and moist! Perfect Valentine treat or any day treat for that matter! What I love also about this is that you put all the ingredients in the blender, pulse and then bake and done!! There is no way you can mess up this one!

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup of coconut sugar (regular cane sugar works as well)
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of almond meal
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tbsp of espresso powder (optional but worth it)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Preheat your oven at 350F. Assemble all the ingredients (except chocolate chips) in the food processor and pulse until smooth and combined. Add in the chocolate chips with a spatula and transfer to an 8 inches square lined pan (or greased) or heart shaped like I did here for Valentine's Day.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Leave it to cool down for a bit and transfer to a platter. Enjoy on its own or with some whipped cream and or vanilla ice cream!
