Balsamic Chicken with Asparagus

This one skillet meal has the perfect balance of flavors, the balsamic adds a subtle touch of sweetness and tanginess with is just so good!
Cut the chicken in cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Heat up the olive oil in a large pan and cook the chicken until golden brown. Add the asparagus and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Whisk the mustard, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, garlic an olive oil together and pour over the chicken.
Toss together and serve.
This goes great on a bowl of caulirice, or brown rice.
