Balsamic flank steak and baby potatoes

This is perfect when you crave for some red meat and want something easy!
Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 8 minutes.
Brush the steak with the balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp olive oil, some salt and pepper.
When potatoes are cooked, toss with rosemary, thyme, garlic some salt and pepper.
Place it all on baking sheet and broil for 4-5 minutes.
