Beef and veggies stir fry

This is a really easy dinner, it takes less then 15 minutes to make as long as you've prepped the marinated beef a bit ahead of time. If you don't like beef, make it with chicken or turkey or even tofu.
Combine 2 tbsp of soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, ginger, sesame oil. Toss with meat and leave it to marinate a least 30 minutes (can be made the night before).
Steam or boil the cauliflower or broccoli for just 2-3 minutes max, you want them to still be crunchy.
Heat up 2 tbsp of avocado oil and cook the meat for 4-5 minutes.
Add all the veggies and the remaining tbsp of soy sauce and toss for a couple more minutes. Taste and adapt seasoning.
Garnish with some fresh cilantro and green onions. Enjoy on its own or with rice or noodles.
