These beef kebabs are perfect for a super busy night. You assemble the ingredients in the morning, let it marinate for a couple of hours and just grill it or cook it in the oven when you get home! Today I cooked them in the oven as I was making baked potatoes alongside.
Combine the mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper for the marinade. Assemble the beef on the skewers. Put the meat in a shallow dish and cover with the marinade. Let it rest for a least 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Get it out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking so it gets to room temperature. Grill for a couple of minutes on each side, or cook in a pre-heated oven at 400F for 8-10 minutes.
