These beef kebabs are perfect for a super busy night. You assemble the ingredients in the morning, let it marinate for a couple of hours and just grill it or cook it in the oven when you get home! Today I cooked them in the oven as I was making baked potatoes alongside.


  • 1 lb of beef, cut in cubes
  • 2 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • skewers


CombineĀ the mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepperĀ for the marinade. Assemble the beef on the skewers. Put the meat in a shallow dish and cover with the marinade. Let it rest for a least 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Get it out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking so it gets to room temperature. Grill for a couple of minutes on each side, or cook in a pre-heated oven at 400F for 8-10 minutes.
