Blueberry mini pies

These are super cute, delicious and make a great breakfast, snack or dessert!
Preheat oven at 425 F.
Cut 5 inch rounds from the dough. Spoon 1 tablespoon blueberries into the center of each round; sprinkle 1/4 tsp of sugar over each portion of blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Fold dough over the filling and seal edges by pressing with your fingers. Arrange pies onto a baking sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle more sugar.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
Enjoy for breakfast on its own or with greek yogurt. Have it for dessert with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
