Deliciously Raw Blueberry Sherbet

I learned about this recipe at Matthew Kenney raw cooking school. It became my new go to breakfast, dessert and snack. I just cannot get enough of it!


  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of nut milk
  • 1/8 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
  • 2 tbsp of coconut butter
  • Pinch of salt


Blend all together in a high speed blender until smooth, layer with fresh blueberries.
