Butternut Squash Fries

I am addicted to sweet potato fries and could eat them all the time. I read somewhere that you could eat butternut squash fries as well, sounded so good that I tae it a try and got hooked up right away!!!
Preheat the oven on 425 F.
Cut the butternut squash in two and remove the seeds. Wash the middle and cut away the peel. Then cut the squash in long rectangles ( or buy them already prepared at TJ or Wholefoods)
In a bowl, evenly coat the butternut squash fries with the oil and the herbs.
On a baking plate, place the fries evenly on a single layer. I like using a piece of parchment paper, make sit easier to clean after.
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and crisp, sprinkle some pink slat and enjoy!
