Makes 1 pizza
This is dinner in the easiest way possible. This is when I have just five minutes to put it together and cook it... I love adding the fresh arugula on top for extra greens and taste! You could use a cauliflower crust, pitta bread, or even nana bread if you want, it would be delicious!!
Preheat the oven at 450F.
Sprinkle the cheeses on the flat bread, the oregano and chili flakes. Top with the sliced butternut squash and drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil some salt and pepper.
Bake for 8-11 minutes until cheese is bubbly and squash tender.
Toss the arugula with the rest of oil, the lemon juice and add some salt and pepper.
When the pizza is cooked, add the arugula on top of it and enjoy!!
