I know I am not reinventing the wheel here but everyone was craving some kind of salad and and I bought these beautiful wild shrimps from the farmers market. So this sounded like a good idea!

Directions
Prepare the marinade for the shrimps and toss together, Let it sit for 10-15 minutes while you prepare the rest.
Wash and chop the salad. In a large salad bowl start making the dressing. Crush the garlic, finely chop the anchovies and purée with a fork together with the capers until you get a mushy paste. Add the lemon juice, some flaky salt and pepper, the Worcestershire sauce as well as the olive oil and the cheese. Whisk it all to emulsify.
Put the shrimps on a couple of skewers (that you have soaked before in water so they do not burn on the grill) and grill them for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Assemble the salad by tossing the lettuce with the dressing, the croutons and the parmesan strips. Taste and adapt the seasoning.
Serve with the shrimps on the side or on top!
