California chicken caprese

This is a nice twist on a traditional Caprese. I find that the avocado and balsamic glaze really add a nice touch here!! It makes a really nice summer dinner!
Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, organ and chili flakes and brush all over the chicken breasts. Grill chicken until cooked through and charred (depending on the thickness, about 6-8 minutes per side).
Top the chicken with the cheese, avocado, tomato and keep on grilling for another 2-3 minutes, so the mozzarella melts.
Transfer to a dish and drizzle the balsamic glaze and sprinkle the basil.
