Cauliflower Breakfast Pizza

This is so good and so easy if you buy your cauliflower crust already made (which I do sometimes). Just add some toppings and eggs and you have the perfect brunch!!! This is my new favorite. I make a version of this with the cauliflower thins sandwiches for my lunch when I am on my own with leftovers veggies and it is always super yummy.
Preheat the oven at 450F.
Place the crust on a lined baking sheet and start assembling with the spinach, some cheese, and the bacon. gently crack the eggs here and there on the pizza and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
When the eggs are cooked and the crust is crunchy remover from oven and add the tomatoes ad any additional toppings you want.
