Cauliflower Chickpea Pizzas

Who does not love a good pizza? The trouble is that I tend to stay away from carbs and pizzas. So when I tested this recipe and it turned out to be a winner with the entire family, it made me really happy. I discovered this recipe with America's test Kitchen cookbook (amongst many other great recipes) and intend to make it over and over again!
Heat up the oven at 475 with either a baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
Combine all the ingredients (except toppings) in the food processor and turn on until completely smooth.
Divide batter in 2. Spoon the first half on a grease parchment paper and form a circle. Place a second piece of baking paper on top and gently press down to create an even surface of approximately 1/4 inch thick. Discard the top paper. Place the pizza on top of the hot baking sheet in the oven for 12 minutes (turning halfway).
Repeat with rest of batter.
When both pizzas and baked, crispy and ready, finish them with any toppings you want and return to the oven for 5 minutes!
These are guilty free, really healthy and delicious.
