Cauliflower - Mushrooms Bowl

Coming up with delicious lunch for 1 is my favorite thing to do. I get to test new recipes and see if I would make it again for my family or not. I usually got for veggies or quinoa or caulirice and add an egg on top whenever possible!!
Sauté the cauliflower, mushroom and zucchini with the avocado oil in a pan for a couple of minutes on high heat.
Add the spinach and stir until cooked. Add the soy sauce and turmeric and cook for an additional couple of minutes on low.
Season to taste, serve and add an egg on top and some black lava salt. This would be delicious also on top of quinoa, brown rice or pasta, or even just on its own!!!
