These make a super easy and delicious snack for cocktail hour. They are super festive and will be right on point for a Christmas champagne treat!


  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 brie ( or any triple cream or even goat cheese)
  • 1/2 cup of fig jam (strawberry or apricot or even cranberry sauce also work)


Preheat the oven at 350F. Open the crescent roll can and seal the triangles into rectangles. Cut each rectangle into 4 pieces.

Place them in a small puffins pan. Add some cheese and jam to each of them and bake for 12-15 minutes. You can eat them right away or enjoy them a bit later at mom temperature.

They don't really last so it is best to eat them warm.
