Cherry Tomatoes sauce

This simple and delicious sauce will elevate so many dishes that will impress you guests and family. It takes only a couple of minutes to prepare and will add a twist to dinner, lunch and even breakfast. I can promise you that during summer this will become your new go to recipe!
So far I have used it on grilled salmon, roasted chicken, arugula salad, oatmeal, quinoa, pasta and grilled veggies... 1 recipe with so many possibilities is totally my kind of cooking!
Sautée the onion and garlic with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for a 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Take off of the stove and mix in the basil and vinegar.
Serve either warm or at room temperature.
Store in a jar or something with a sealed lid for later use.
Top with salt & pepper.
