Chia Seeds-Raspberry Jam

I grew up with my mom and grand-ma making jams all the time and it was so yummy and delicious but so sugary!!! I've stayed away from knowing how much added sugar there is these until now! This raspberry chia seeds jam is exactly what I've been looking for!!!
Cook the fruit on medium with the water, maple syrup and vanilla for 5-7 minutes. Mash with a fork, add the chia seeds and keep on cooking for another 5-10 minutes.
Transfer to a jar and enjoy on top of ice cream, yogurt, granola, oatmeal or simply on a toast!!!
