Chicken and Orzo pasta

This one pot dinner is so delicious and so easy! Who does not love a 1 pot meal right? Very little to clean and a really nice blend of tons of different flavors!!
In a large pan, heat up the olive oil and ghee and cook the chicken first for 3-4 minutes on each side until the skin is golden brown and crispy. Remove on a plate and cover.
Assemble the rest of the ingredients and stir. Return the chicken nestling into the broth and pasta, bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer, cook covered for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is cooked and chicken temperature 165F.
Sprinkle some Italian parsley and enjoy!
