Slow cooker Chicken Parm

I gave this a try the other day and it worked wonders, so I am super happy to share this modified version of chicken parmesan.
Put the chicken breasts, tomato sauce, onion, rosemary, thyme, some salt and pepper in the slow cooker, make sure it is all nicely combined and coated and cook on high for 4 hours. During the last 15 minutes of the cooking time, sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and cover.
Meanwhile heat up the olive oil in a pan, add the breadcrumbs and parmesan and sauté until crunchy and golden brown.
Plate the chicken and sprinkle some of the parmesan breadcrumbs mix on top and serve with pasta or rice.
