These are an easy dinner to prepare and goes well with rice, cauliflower rice, with a side of broccoli or green beans!
Combine the soy sauce, peanut butter, garlic, maple syrup, curry powder and ginger an dmix until smooth.
Toss is the chicken tenders and let it marinade for a couple of minutes. Place on the skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Plate and sprinkle some fresh chopped cilantro and peanuts.
