I love chocolate anything.... Here with the avocado and the chia, it is so creamy, smooth and satisfying. I mean it is amazing when healthy food tastes so good!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 4 tbsp of maple syrup
  • Toppings: blueberries, pomegranate, chopped nuts, granola,....

Directions

Blend together the avocado, cacao powder, maple syrup and milk until super smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir with the chia seeds. Leave it to rest for 20 minutes until the seeds have absorbed the liquid and get soft. This can be prepared the night before as well and stored in the fridge.

Add some fresh fruits, nuts or granola and enjoy!!!
