Gooey chocolate baked oats

Baked oats has become my go to breakfast on week-ends. I have tried many different flavors but this one is BY FAR my favorite! I mean I get to eat a chocolate cake for breakfast, that taste amazing and is healthy... Maybe I could add some peanut butter in there next time!!!
Preheat the oven at 350F and grease a small ramekin.
Place all the ingredients but the chocolate chips in a food processor and process until you get a smooth batter. Transfer to ramekin and add the chocolate chips in there.
Bake for 24-28 minutes, I like mine gooey so I bake it for 24 minutes... If you like more cake consistency, bake a little longer and until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Add a spoon of greek yogurt, a drizzle of maple syrup or even some nut butter on top!!
