This is a delicious breakfast, especially if you love chocolate like me... It just requires a little preparation the night before.


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp of oats
  • 1 tsp of cacao
  • 1 cup of nut milk
  • Toppings: cacao nibs, dates, granola, banana, raspberry, bee pollen,....


Combine the chia seeds, oats, flax seeds, cacao and milk in a jar and shake well. Leave to rest overnight in the fridge.

When ready to eat pour in a bowl and add all the toppings you like.
