Chocolate chip cookie brownies

Makes 12 brownies

These are the perfect bite for the chocolate love out there like me.... I am using sore bough cookie dough to make it easier, but feel free to make your own and add it on top.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup of milk ( I used almond milk)
  • 1 cup of spelt flour (or regular flour)
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 4-6 tbsp of cookie dough
  • 1/2 tsp of chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven at 350F.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the choc chip cookie dough) and stir until smooth.

Line a 8x8 baking pan and pour the brownie batter in. Sprinkle the cookie dough evenly on top.

Bake for 18-20 min until cooked but still fudgy.
