Chocolate-peanut butter bars

These are pure heaven!! They are the perfect combination of flavors! You can keep them in the fridge for 1 week or store them in your freezer for a bit longer. I promise you that these will not last, they are so yummy!
Place the granola and 2 tbsp of the coconut oil in a food processor and pulse until combine.
Line a square (8x8) baking pan with parchment paper and spoon the granola mixture pressing down with you finger to make an even layer.
Put in the freezer while you keep going with the recipe.
In a small pot, mix together and simmer the peanut butter, coconut sugar and arrowroot powder and stir until nice and smooth. Add on top of the granola crust and return to freezer.
Finally melt the remaining tbsp of coconut oil and chocolate chips and drizzle all over the peanut butter layer. Place in the freezer for 1 hour until completely set.
For better results you might wanna wait at least 10-15 minutes to add the chocolate layer, just to be sure that the peanut butter is set.
Finally, cut into squares and sprinkle some Maldon salt and enjoy!!!
