I always try to bake as healthy as possible but still have it taste good. It is a fine line and not always easy to succeed. This one was a big winner, so when it works I make sure to share it with you.
Preheat the oven at 350F.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the walnuts and 2 tbsp of choc chips) and stir until smooth.
Line a 8x8 baking pan and pour the brownie batter in. Sprinkle the walnuts and the extra 2 tbsp of chocolate chips evenly on top.
Bake for 10-12 min until cooked but still fudgy.
