Chopped tuna salad

I don't eat canned tuna a lot but every time I do I love it and think I should make it more often... This is super easy, light and absolutely delicious!
Open the tuna can, drain the liquid and flake it with a fork, add in the mustard, olive oil lemon juice and some salt and pepper. Thinly slice on of the celery stalk and add in s well.
Wash and chop the lettuce, slice the radishes and celery, cut the avocado into small ish cubes and also cut the cucumber into small pieces.
Arrange the lettuce and other veggies on a plate and drizzle some of the lemon vinaigrette. Add the tuna on top, sprinkle some flaky salt and pepper and enjoy!
